Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website solicitorwebdesign.co.uk and the web design services provided by Solicitor Web Design, a trading name of Infodots Services LLP ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

We provide web design and development services specifically tailored for UK law firms and solicitors:

Quotations and Pricing

4.1

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4.2

Our standard pricing (£1,799 for the Solicitor Pro package) is inclusive of all features listed on our website at the time of order.

4.3

Additional services or features not included in the standard package will be quoted separately and agreed in writing before work commences.

4.4

Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment Terms

100% Upfront Payment Required

Full payment is required to book your slot and commence work on your project. This payment secures your position in our project queue and allows us to dedicate resources to your website immediately.

5.1

Payment must be received in full before any design or development work begins. Your project start date will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

5.2

For optional ongoing services (after the first year), payment is due monthly in advance by the agreed payment method.

5.3

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed.

5.4

Late payments for ongoing services may be subject to interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Project Delivery

Standard delivery time from receipt of all required materials

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and timely provision of materials by the client.

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or feedback will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
  • Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensure all content provided does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Review and approve the final website before launch

Revisions and Changes

Additional revisions may be charged at our standard hourly rate

Significant changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require a revised quotation.

Intellectual Property

You Own 100% of Your Website

Upon full payment, you will own 100% of the website code and design created specifically for your project.

  • • We retain the right to use general techniques in other projects
  • • Third-party components (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licences
  • • We reserve the right to display the completed website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

If you choose not to continue with our hosting, we will provide all necessary files and assistance for migration at no additional cost.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
